NHRI President Jiangyun Zhang and Tagen Vice GM Song Yang together reveal the veil for the name plate of the newly established center on sponge city.

NHRI and Tagen Group jointly inaugurated a joint center on sponge city studies on 11th August, 2016 in Nanjing by signing an official agreement on cooperation.

The newly established center is expected to become China's leading R&D and exchange center combining the studies of sponge city and eco-aquatic civilization, and contribute to the standardization, planning, designing and operation of related infrastructures.

The establishment of the center is a very good and important initiative for the two parties to aggregate our specialties and expertise in the studies of sponge city and eco-aquatic civilization. This will also allow both of us to contribute the sponge city campaign of Shenzhen in a win-win manner, and hence promote both the sponge city concept and eco-aquatic civilization." Says Zhang Jianyun, NHRI president.

By establishing the center, Tagen tries to further enhance its three pillars of innovation, competence and talents in compliance with the development strategy of the City. It is also a milestone move in the development of the enterprise." Says Song Yang, Tagen Vice GM. Tagen Group is a state-holding enterprise listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 1999.
