Lee, visited NHRI and made two presentations titled Scientific Writing and Publication and Smart UWSS - Urban Water Supply System at NHRI. The first presentation was jointly made by Prof. Joseph H. W. Lee and Prof. Mohamed S Ghidaoui. Prof. Lee is the founding editor of IAHR international renowned journal Journal of Hydro-environment Research, which is a successful case for Asian collaboration in relevant disciplines. Prof. Mohamed S Ghidaoui is the editor of IAHR flagship journal Journal of Hydraulic Research established in 1963.
