Certificate of the Excellent International Impact Academic Journal of China in 2017 On March 1, 2018, China Ocean Engineering, an international journal edited by NHRI, was honored with Jiangsu Provincial Press and Publication Government Award (for journals) jointly commended by Publicity Department of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, Jiangsu Administration of Press and Publication, Radio, Film and Television, Department of Finance of Jiangsu Province and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. China Ocean Engineering was one of the eleven journals granted with such government award across Jiangsu Province. It was the first award that China Ocean Engineering has won at governmental level, after the honors of the 2nd Top Ten Sci-Tech Periodicals of Jiangsu Province, the 6th East China Excellent Periodicals and the Excellent International Impact Academic Journal of China in 2017, marking a further improvement on its quality and influence.
