Talk with field supervisors

On Jun 21, 2017, NHRI 8-person delegation headed by President ZHANG Jianyun and Vice President CAI Yuebo had an investigation of construction site of Laluo Hydraulic Project in Tibet supervised by Jiangsu Kexing Project Management Co., Ltd., a company affiliated to NHRI. The delegation cordially talked with and conveyed greetings to the field supervision staff.

Laluo Hydraulic Project, one of 172 MWR major engineering, is the one with the biggest investment in the history of water resources development in Tibet Autonomous Region. The project locates at the cold and hypoxia place with an elevation of 4300m and poor environment. Accompanied by the Project director, the delegation had a field investigation of the construction site. President ZHANG Jianyun raised concrete requirements on field supervision as following: 1) Safe production; 2) Preparedness for engineering quality check and engineering data sorting out; 3) Better management.

The delegation had a talk with field supervisors. After listening to the report of the Project, President ZHANG and Vice President CAI spoke highly of the “Kexing people” who had worked in such tough conditions for a long period.
